SignReady works alongside Tally and Excel. Your team analyses the TB, chases client queries, prepares draft statements and catches final inconsistencies — and the partner reviews a cleaner file, without moving to a heavy audit system.
The partner starts from flagged points and open queries, not from every ledger.
A guided, repeatable path from TB to sign-off, the same for every client.
FinalCheck, applicability and reporting prompts before the report is signed.
Queries, replies and attachments in one place, shared on WhatsApp or email.
Built for small CA firms — not for firms that want another heavy audit-management system. Export the TB you already have, upload it, and start.
What stays the same
The work moves to your team without the partner losing sight of it.
Upload the TBs, map ledgers, raise client queries and build the draft statements — on the files they are given.
Material movements, ratios, broken ties, applicability and reporting points, open queries and pending steps.
One progress view per client, steps closed with reasons or conditions, and a recorded partner sign-off.
Designed for finalising the accounts of companies, LLPs, firms and proprietors — before the company or tax audit report is signed — and other financial-statement assignments handled primarily through Tally and Excel.
Basic engagement setup, engagement letter and a simple editable work programme.
CY vs PY analysis, key ratios and significant variance review.
Review points, client queries on WhatsApp, revised TB comparison and FinalCheck.
Analytical review note, CARO 2020 and auditor's report drafts, checklist and partner sign-off.
Don't manually compare hundreds of ledgers. Upload the old and revised TB and see only what changed.
| Ledger | Old | Revised | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales | 3,69,83,000 | 3,72,00,000 | +2,17,000 |
| Closing Stock | 55,76,000 | 59,00,000 | +3,24,000 |
| Director Loan | 12,00,000 | 20,00,000 | +8,00,000 |
| Depreciation | 9,82,500 | 9,36,000 | -46,500 |
Upload current-year and previous-year TBs. SignReady highlights material changes, new balances and unusual movements, then calculates the key ratios you actually use.
| Particular | PY | CY | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue | ₹2.80 Cr | ₹3.72 Cr | +32.9% |
| Employee Cost | ₹42 L | ₹61 L | +45.2% |
| Finance Cost | ₹8 L | ₹15 L | +87.5% |
| Inventory | ₹36 L | ₹59 L | +63.9% |
Upload the TB and SignReady prepares an editable Excel draft: Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, cash flow statement and notes, with previous-year figures. Figures are linked by formulas, so edits flow through.
| Statement | Status |
|---|---|
| Balance Sheet | Balances |
| Profit & Loss | Linked to notes |
| Cash flow statement | Reconciles |
| FinalCheck on draft | All checks passed |
A draft for your review and finalisation — not final or audited statements.
Upload financial statements already prepared in Excel or another system. FinalCheck runs mathematical and internal-consistency checks and separates proven inconsistencies from potential review points.
For company audits, SignReady lays out every CARO 2020 clause with what the books show — fixed assets, stock, party-wise loans, borrowings, statutory dues, cash losses — next to suggested wording. It drafts the Independent Auditor's Report on ICAI's illustrative format, with current Rule 11 reporting and the IFC annexure where it applies.
| Clause | From the books | Your answer |
|---|---|---|
| 3(i)(a)(A) | Fixed assets ₹91.3 L | Standard |
| 3(ii)(a) | No closing stock | Not applicable |
| 3(vii)(a) | GST / TDS payable ₹1.8 L | To check |
| 3(xvii) | Cash loss ₹10.5 L this year | Own wording |
Drafts for the engagement partner — SignReady suggests, it never decides an answer or the opinion.
Turn review points into client queries and share one private link — by WhatsApp or email. The client replies and attaches documents without logging in. Or invite the client's accountant to that one finalisation: they upload TBs, map ledgers, prepare the draft statements and answer queries, while materiality, review points and your working papers stay with the firm.
Upload the trial balance with financial statements and an audit report prepared in Word, Excel or another software. SignReady flags common reporting and consistency points for partner review — small-company and CARO applicability, Rule 11 and CARO 2020 reporting, key figures against the books, ratios and frequent template slips — as a list in Excel with a column for each response. It reads the documents, not your audit evidence: the conclusions stay with the partner.
Use standardised tools that save time at the start and end of a finalisation—without maintaining another system every day.
Create editable standard engagement letters for common finalisation assignments and export them to Word/PDF.
Editable checklists for common areas such as bank, revenue, purchases, fixed assets, receivables, payables and borrowings.
Turn selected review points into editable client queries and export a clean Excel/PDF query sheet.
Download a dated report of PY/CY comparison, ratios, variances, review points and reviewer comments.
A short closing checklist for final TB, resolved queries, analytical review, financial statements and reporting.
Categories for analysis and draft statements, remembered for recurring clients — even when a ledger is renamed.
Overall and performance materiality worked out from the TB, with the working shown — and used as the limit for review flags.
Upload Tally's comparative trial balance and SignReady creates the current- and previous-year TBs from one file.
A clear journey to sign-off. Steps can close "subject to" a condition — such as the MRL — tracked until it is cleared.
Big audit suites are built to run an entire firm on one platform. SignReady does the finalisation work a small firm actually does — faster, cheaper and without changing how you work.

Focused on purpose: SignReady does not do vouching, GST / TDS reconciliation or timesheets — keep using Tally and your tax software for those. Already on a full suite? FinalCheck and Second review work on statements from any software.
Financial information is sensitive. Here is exactly how SignReady protects it.
Every request reaches SignReady through Cloudflare's network, which helps filter attacks and abusive traffic before it reaches our server.
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, repeated wrong attempts are limited, and the login cookie is locked to HTTPS and hidden from scripts.
Uploaded files get random names in a folder the web cannot reach. They open only through SignReady, after a check of who is asking — on every request.
Partners see the whole firm; staff see all files or only the finalisations you add them to; a client's accountant sees one file — never your materiality, review points or working papers.
The contents of client files are never sent to AI services or used to train AI. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Delete a file, a finalisation or all your client data at any time. If a plan lapses, client data is deleted 180 days after it ends — with emails 30, 7 and 1 days before.
For your clients' data, your firm decides the purpose and SignReady processes it only on your instructions — set out in a Data Processing Addendum. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why; requests to see, correct or erase data go to a named grievance officer; and the data retention policy says exactly when data is deleted.

Your first 3 finalisations are free — once per firm, every tool included, no credit card. After that, one simple rate: ₹200 per finalisation.
Source-checked notes on company audits and finalisation of accounts, written for the partner and the team doing the work.

Your first three finalisations are free, once per firm, with every tool included. After the third finalisation, choose Starter (₹2,999 + GST, up to 15 finalisations a year), Plus (₹5,999 + GST, up to 30 a year), Firm (₹11,999 + GST, up to 60 a year) or Growth (₹24,999 + GST, unlimited). The same limit also applies to any one financial year. No credit card is needed to start.
No. SignReady is designed to sit alongside your existing process. Prepare and maintain your accounts as you do today, and use SignReady for the specific analysis, review and documentation tasks you need.
No. SignReady is a light end-to-end finalisation workspace for small CA firms: TB analysis, client queries, draft statements, checks and working papers. It drafts the CARO 2020 annexure and the auditor's report for companies, for your review. It does not do vouching, ledger scrutiny, GST/TDS reconciliation, Form 3CD, timesheets or billing — those stay in Tally and your tax software — and it is not a substitute for professional judgement.
No. SignReady highlights calculations, inconsistencies, movements and potential review points. The auditor decides the nature and extent of further procedures and reaches the professional conclusion.
Yes. TB comparison, analytical review, ratios, revised-TB comparison and review documentation can be useful across tax audits, company audits, LLP/partnership audits and similar financial-statement assignments.
No. SignReady runs the same fixed calculations, comparisons and CA-designed review checks on every file, so results are repeatable and explainable. Client files are not sent to any AI service.
One finalisation = one client + one financial year. Revised TBs, re-running FinalCheck, exports and documents for the same client and year are all part of that one finalisation — even if both a company audit report and a tax audit report are later signed on those accounts. A finalisation is counted only when you first upload a file or create a document for it.
Trial balances exported from Tally (TallyPrime or ERP 9) to Excel, or any Excel (.xlsx) / CSV trial balance with ledger names and closing balances — one year, or both years side by side in one file. For FinalCheck, upload the financial statements as an Excel workbook (Balance Sheet, P&L and Notes). PDF files are not accepted, because figures cannot be read from them reliably. See how to export from Tally.
Upgrade anytime during the plan year by paying only the difference: for example Starter to Plus (30 a year) for ₹3,000 + GST, Plus to Firm (60 a year) for ₹6,000 + GST, or Firm to Growth (unlimited) for ₹13,000 + GST. Finalisations you have already started always remain available.
Yes. Partners invite staff with their own PracticeGuru logins. Partners see every finalisation; each staff member sees only the finalisations a Partner adds them to. Only Partners manage the team and subscription and can acknowledge a review. Staff do not use extra finalisations. You can also invite the client's accountant to a single finalisation: they upload TBs, map ledgers, prepare the draft statements and answer queries, but cannot see materiality, review points, working papers or your other clients.
Yes — as a planner for the partner, not an automatic compliance decision. From a few yes / no answers and the trial balances, the Client details page suggests what may apply for the year — small company, cash flow statement, CARO 2020, internal financial controls reporting, CSR, internal and secretarial audit, SMC / MSME status, Ind AS, LLP audit and tax audit — each in one line with the figures and the rule. Tests the books cannot fully show (such as borrowings at any time in the year) are marked for you to confirm. The partner decides; where you differ from the suggestion, you record the reason, and it goes into the finalisation file.
Yes — the Second review. Upload the trial balance with the financial statements and the audit report as Word, Excel or a PDF saved from them. SignReady flags common reporting and consistency points for partner review (Excel and PDF). It reads the documents only — it does not see your audit evidence, so it is not an audit opinion and will not find every error. Scanned or photographed PDFs cannot be read — upload the original file. It counts as one finalisation.
Yes, for companies — as drafts for the engagement partner. The CARO working paper shows every clause with what the books indicate and suggested wording; the auditor's report follows ICAI's illustrative format with current Rule 11 reporting, and adds the IFC annexure where it applies. SignReady never selects an answer or the opinion for you: you choose and edit every clause before downloading to Word or PDF.
Yes. If SignReady is not right for your firm, ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refund policy.
Keep Tally. Keep Excel. Add the essential tools your team can use immediately.
